Spread the diffusing screen on a table screen back facing up

and put the speed ring inside the screen.

Take one black wand and insert the tipped end into one hole of

the speed ring and insert the other end of the black wand into

the near corner of the screen.

Insert the second and third wands the same as in step #2 with

these wands being 90 degrees from each other in the speed

ring to form 3/4 of a square.

Take the fourth and final wand, and insert it into the last

remaining corner of the screen. Use one hand to hold the speed

ring while using the other hand on the wand to slightly bend the

wand with strength from your wrist. The slight bend in the

wand should go out into the screen as the other wands are.

Insert the end of the wand into the hole in the speed ring.

Turn the softbox upside down and close the four flaps with the

Velcro patches.

Mount the assembled frame to the light head by lining up the

three tabs and turning into place. Then, after rotating the frame

to the desired angle, insert the bulb in the light and stretch the

front panel over the softbox securing with velcro tabs.
