What print method is used? +
We use dye-sublimation printing in full CMYK. This bonds colour into the fabric fibres, keeping the print fade-resistant and preserving hue over time.
Is the fabric printed on one side or both? +
Printing is done on one side. The backside of the fabric is transparent at 75% of the front image.
Can I get a replacement print without the stand? +
Yes. The printed fabric with its cotton bag can be ordered on its own if you already have a stand or plan to hang it directly.
What sizes are available? +
Size is made as requested. The standard graphic dimension is 2438mm width by 2280mm height, and it can be customised to your requirements.
What finishing options are available for hanging? +
You can choose pole pockets, hemming, eyelets, velcro or wind flaps. Pole pockets are 7cm in diameter, eyelets have a 14mm inner diameter in silver, and velcro is 5cm wide.
How long does production and delivery take? +
Production takes 48 hours. The banner is dispatched within 48 hours and the stand within 24 hours. Delivery takes 3 to 4 days. Contact us if you need it faster.

Yes, an anodized aluminium telescopic stand is available as an optional add-on, with a soft nylon carry bag included.
Is the fabric machine washable? +
Yes. The fabric is machine washable and stays fade-free over many washes. It's also foldable and portable, so it resists wrinkling on the road.

Yes, the fabric is fire retardant.
What is included with my order? +
You get the printed fabric with a cotton bag. The anodized aluminium telescopic stand and its carry bag are optional add-ons.

We accept EPS, PNG, JPG, BMP, GIF, PSD, CDR, PDF, TIF, TIFF, PPT and AI files, sent under 20MB through WeTransfer, Dropbox, Google Drive or email.

What resolution should my artwork be? +
Artwork should be 150 DPI at 100% of the final print size, with fonts outlined and no crop marks needed.
Is there a warranty on this product? +
The aluminium stand carries a standard 2 year warranty against manufacturing defects. It doesn't cover accidents, abuse or normal wear and tear, and the fabric itself isn't covered under this warranty.
