What is a Backlit Rectangle Hanging Banner?

A backlit rectangle hanging banner is an overhead display that suspends from a ceiling or truss system, using integrated LED edge lighting to illuminate a dye-sublimated tension fabric graphic from within. The lightweight aluminium frame assembles without tools and holds the fabric graphic in a rectangular shape, visible above the crowd at trade shows, expos and retail spaces. Because it hangs overhead, it saves floor space while keeping branding visible from a distance. It ships with hanging strings, an LED lighting kit and a carry bag, ready to hang once artwork is approved and printed.

Common Use Cases

Event marketers and exhibitors use this banner across a range of overhead branding needs, including:

  • Trade show booths and aisle branding
  • Expos and industry exhibitions
  • Retail store overhead displays
  • Large event venues and conference halls
  • Product launches and brand activations
  • Directional and wayfinding signage above crowds

How to Choose the Right One

  • Measure your ceiling or truss span first. Widths run from 1m to 2.4m, all at 0.9m frame height.
  • Check your venue's rigging points and clearance before ordering, since the banner hangs from ceiling or truss systems.
  • Choose with aluminium frame if you need the complete hanging structure, or without aluminium frame if you already own compatible hardware.
  • Select No fabric (frame only) if you plan to reuse an existing graphic or add one later.
  • Work back from your event date. Allow 24 business hours for production after artwork approval, plus 5 to 7 business days for delivery across the UAE.
  • Ask about professional installation if you don't have a rigging team on site.
