What is a Fabric Pop Up Curved Velcro Media Wall?

A Fabric Pop Up Curved Velcro Media Wall is a portable curved backdrop built around a collapsible aluminium frame that pops up and locks into place without tools. A dye-sublimation printed polyester graphic attaches over the frame with Velcro, pulling taut for a smooth, wrinkle-free surface. The curved shape adds depth to the display and helps it stand out on a trade show floor. It packs down into a soft carry bag, making it easy to transport between events. This makes it a practical choice for exhibitors who need a strong visual presence without a complicated setup.

Common Use Cases

This media wall suits a range of event and promotional settings, including:

  • Trade shows and exhibitions
  • Press conferences and media briefings
  • Branded corporate events
  • Product launches and activations
  • Promotional events and roadshows
  • Conference stages and speaker backdrops

How to Choose the Right One

  • Measure your booth space first. Widths run from 1.5m to 6m, all at 2.3m high, so pick the closest fit to your allocated area.
  • Choose single side printing if your wall will sit against a backdrop or wall, since the display prints on the front with coverage on both side panels.
  • Order Replacement print only (no frame) if you already own a frame and want to refresh your graphic.
  • Select No fabric (frame only) if you plan to add printed graphics separately later.
  • Check your event's assembly window. Setup is tool-free, so the frame pulls and locks into place quickly on site.
  • Plan your artwork approval date around production. Allow 24 business hours for production plus 5 to 7 business days for delivery across the UAE.
