Shipping & Installation
- Domestic Shipping: Delivered in 10–12 business days across the UAE. Once your artwork is approved, your order is printed and shipped directly to your specified delivery address.
- International Shipping: International shipping is available and includes customs-ready support for buyers outside the UAE.
- Pickup Services: Pickup is not available. All orders are fulfilled through shipping only.
- Installation: Optional professional setup is available on request and should be arranged in advance of the event date.

Artwork and file setup
Artwork can be submitted using WeTransfer, Dropbox, Google Drive, Email, or the Upload Artwork button directly on the product page. Accepted file formats include PDF, AI, EPS, JPG, TIFF, and PNG, with a maximum file size of 500 MB per upload. All uploads are processed through a secure and encrypted connection. If you do not have print-ready artwork, the in-house creative team at Backdropsource is available to assist with design before you place your order — simply request design help during the checkout process or email your files to proofs@backdropsource.com.
