Does the frame come with a warranty? +
Yes. The aluminium frame carries a 2 year warranty against manufacturing defects. It does not cover accidental damage, abuse or normal wear and tear, and any repair or replacement is at Backdropsource's discretion.
What artwork file formats do you accept? +
We accept EPS, PNG, JPG, BMP, GIF, PSD, CDR, PDF, TIF, TIFF, PPT and AI files. Fonts should be outlined, and Photoshop files should be flattened before sending.
