A Portable 2.5m High Fabric Exhibit Display is a vertical exhibit stand built for trade shows, exhibitions and events where extra height helps your brand stand out. It uses a lightweight aluminum bungee-corded frame with a zippered, pillowcase-style fabric graphic that pulls tight over the tubing for a flat, seamless finish. The frame goes together without tools using labelled, snap-lock tubing, and the whole unit packs into a soft carry bag. Exhibitors use it standalone or combine multiple units to build a wider back wall.

• Measure your booth space first. Widths run from 1m to 2.4m, all standing 2.5m high, so pick a width that fits your allotted floor space.
• Choose single-sided printing for a display placed against a wall, or double-sided if it will stand free and be seen from both angles.
• If you already own a frame, select Replacement print only (no frame) to refresh your graphic without new hardware.
• Check your venue's ceiling height and sightlines before ordering, since 2.5m stands taller than most standard booth backdrops.
• Add LED lights, a hard case or a counter if your event calls for extra branding or protection in transit.
• Plan your order around your event date. Allow 24 business hours for production after artwork approval, plus 5 to 7 business days for delivery across the UAE.
