What is a Sky Tube Hexagon Hanging Banner?

A Sky Tube Hexagon Hanging Banner is a six-sided fabric display designed to hang from the ceiling and show branding from every direction. It is built on an aluminium tube frame and covered with a dye sublimation printed polyester graphic that zips into place at the bottom for a tight, wrinkle-free fit. Because it hangs overhead rather than standing on the floor, it clears sightlines at busy trade shows and gives your logo or message visibility across the whole venue. The fabric folds down for travel and the frame breaks down into a compact package.

Common Use Cases

Event teams use the Sky Tube Hexagon Hanging Banner in several settings, including:

  • Trade shows and industry expos needing overhead branding
  • Large exhibition halls where floor space is limited
  • Retail launches and product activations
  • Conference centres and general sessions
  • Sponsor branding zones at events
  • Venues where 360 degree visibility matters more than a flat backdrop

How to Choose the Right One

  • Measure your ceiling height and hanging space before choosing a diameter, sizes run from 1.5m to 6m
  • Choose single-sided printing if the banner will only be viewed from one main direction, or double-sided for full 360 degree impact
  • Select Fabric not Required if you're ordering a replacement graphic for a frame you already own
  • Select Without aluminum frame if you only need a new printed fabric skin
  • Contact us if your venue needs a custom frame size outside the standard range
  • Confirm your event date and work back from the 48 hour production time plus 5 to 6 days for delivery

What is the fabric made from? +
The graphic is printed on 100% pure polyester fabric at 260gsm. It is wrinkle-resistant, fire retardant and machine washable, with a zip lock at the bottom for a tight fit over the frame.
What print method is used? +
We use dye sublimation printing in CMYK. This method produces vibrant, long-lasting colour that won't crack or peel from the fabric.
Can I get single or double-sided printing? +
Yes. Choose single-side graphic printed if the banner faces one direction, or double side graphics printed for visibility from both sides, which suits its overhead 360 degree hanging position.
Can I order a replacement print without a new frame? +
Yes. Select Fabric not Required if you're not buying fabric, or contact us for a replacement banner, which is available at low cost and dispatched within 48 hours.
Can I buy the frame without the fabric graphic? +
Yes. Select Without aluminum frame if you only need the printed fabric, or With aluminum frame if you need the full hardware and graphic together.

Is the fabric fire retardant? +
Yes. The polyester fabric used on the Sky Tube Hexagon Hanging Banner is fire retardant, in addition to being wrinkle-resistant and machine washable.
Can I get a custom frame size? +
Yes. Frame sizes can be customised beyond the standard 1.5m to 6m diameter range. Contact us with your requirement.
What artwork file formats do you accept? +
We accept EPS, PNG, JPG, BMP, GIF, PSD, CDR, PDF, TIF, TIFF, PPT and AI files. Artwork should be supplied at 150 DPI at 100% of the final print size with fonts outlined.

Do you supply hexagon hanging banners across the UAE? +
Yes. Backdropsource supplies the Sky Tube Hexagon Hanging Banner across the UAE, including Dubai and Abu Dhabi, with production handled in 48 hours and delivery in 5 to 6 business days.
