What is a Tapered Triangle Hanging Display?

A tapered triangle hanging display is an overhead signage unit built with an aluminium frame and a tension fabric graphic wrapped around a tapered triangular shape. It hangs from the ceiling using rigging chains and slings, so it stays visible above booth traffic and reads from three sides at once. Exhibitors use it to catch attention across a hall without taking up floor space. The fabric graphic zips off the frame, which makes rebranding between events straightforward, and the whole unit packs into a carry bag for transport.

Common Use Cases

Exhibitors and event teams use this display across a range of overhead signage needs, including:

  • Trade show booths that need visibility above competing stands
  • Exhibitions and conventions with high ceilings
  • Retail events and pop-up activations
  • Promotional events and product launches
  • Multi-day conferences where teams need repeat setup and takedown
  • Sponsor branding zones in expo halls

How to Choose the Right One

  • Measure your ceiling height and rigging points before ordering, since the display hangs from above rather than standing on the floor
  • Choose between the 2.4m and 3m frame widths based on your booth or hall footprint
  • Pick single sided printing if one face faces away from view, or double sided if the display will be seen from multiple directions
  • Select without aluminum frame if you already own the hardware and only need a new graphic
  • Check your rigging load requirements against the 280kgs maximum rated chains before installation
  • Work back from your event date, allowing 48 hours for production and 5 to 6 days for delivery across the UAE

Frequently Asked Questions

What sizes is the Tapered Triangle Hanging Display available in? +
It comes in two frame sizes: 2.4m wide by 0.9m high and 3m wide by 0.9m high. Both sizes print across 3 sides of the triangle.
What material is the fabric graphic made from? +
The graphic is printed on 100% pure polyester tension fabric at 260gsm. It's wrinkle resistant, fire retardant and machine washable.
What frame is used and how heavy duty is it? +
The frame is anodized aluminium, 1.25 inch tube diameter of 32mm, with a pole thickness of 0.05 inch. It's built lightweight for handling but durable enough for repeat use.
What printing method do you use? +
We use dye sublimation CMYK printing, which produces full colour, fade resistant graphics directly on the polyester fabric.
Can I get single sided or double sided graphics? +
Yes. You can choose single side graphic printed or double sided graphics printed when ordering, depending on how the display will be viewed.
Can I buy just a replacement fabric graphic? +
Yes. Select without aluminum frame if you already own the frame and only need a new printed fabric graphic.
Can I order the frame without the fabric? +
Yes. Select Fabric not required under the printed fabric option to receive the frame and rigging only.
How much weight can the rigging support? +
The rigging chains are stainless steel, 3mm diameter, with a maximum load bearing capacity of 280kgs. Sling length is 150 inches.
How long does setup take? +
The display uses a tool-free assembly system. Once the frame is rigged in place, the fabric cover fits on with a zip lock at the bottom for a quick, snug finish.
Is the fabric easy to maintain? +
Yes. The fabric is machine washable, wrinkle resistant and fire retardant. It stays fade free over many washes and resists crumpling during transport.
What's included when I order this display? +
You get the anodized aluminium frame, a single or double sided printed fabric graphic, a soft nylon carry bag, plus rigging chains, slings and hooks.
How long does production and delivery take? +
Production takes 48 hours after artwork approval, with delivery in 5 to 6 business days across the UAE. Replacement banners dispatch within 48 hours, and frame only orders dispatch within 24 hours.
What file formats do you accept for artwork? +
We accept EPS, PNG, JPG, BMP, GIF, PSD, CDR, PDF, TIF, TIFF, PPT and AI files. Artwork should be 150 DPI at 100% of final print size, with fonts outlined.
Can I see what my design will look like before printing? +
Yes. We offer a free 2D mockup on request. Send us your artwork or ideas and we'll show you how the finished graphic will look on the frame.
Do you offer design help if I don't have artwork ready? +
Yes. We offer free design services. Email us your ideas or content and our team will put together a layout for you.
