What is a Modular U-Shape Fabric Display Stand?

A Modular U-Shape Fabric Display Stand is a portable exhibition wall built in a wraparound U layout so graphics cover three sides of your space instead of one flat wall. It uses a lightweight, bungee-corded aluminium frame with support poles, over which a dye-sublimated tension fabric graphic zips into place for a smooth, pillowcase-style finish. It assembles without tools, folds down into a soft carry bag, and can be printed single or double-sided. That combination makes it a practical option for exhibitors who want more visual coverage than a straight backdrop in the same footprint.

Common Use Cases

This display suits a range of event and branded environments across the UAE and GCC, including:

  • Trade shows and industry exhibitions
  • Expos and promotional events
  • Press events and product launches
  • Retail store activations
  • Office lobbies and reception areas
  • Photography and studio backdrops
  • Corporate branding at conferences

How to Choose the Right One

  • Measure your booth footprint first. Widths run from 3m to 6m, all at 2.4m high, so pick the size that fits your space without crowding walkways.
  • Choose double-sided printing if the stand will be seen from inside and outside the U, or single-sided if one face sits against a wall.
  • Select No fabric (frame only) if you're building a stand to reuse with different graphics later.
  • Choose Replacement print only (no frame) if you already own the frame and want a fresh graphic.
  • Ask about optional professional installation if you'd rather have the stand set up on-site rather than assemble it yourself.
  • Work back from your event date. Allow 24 business hours for production after artwork approval, plus 5 to 7 business days for delivery across the UAE.

Frequently Asked Questions

What sizes is the Modular U-Shape Fabric Display Stand available in? +
It comes in four widths: 3m, 4m, 5m and 6m. Every size stands 2.4m high, giving you a consistent wraparound profile at any width.
What is the u-shaped design and how does it help at trade shows? +
The U-shaped design wraps the fabric graphic around three sides of the stand, so your branding is visible from multiple angles as visitors approach. It gives more visual coverage than a single flat backdrop in a similar footprint.
What materials are used in this display stand? +
The frame is a durable, bungee-corded aluminium frame with aluminium support poles for stability (32mm diameter). The graphic is printed on 260gsm wrinkle-resistant, fire-retardant, machine-washable polyester.
Is the fabric machine washable and fire retardant? +
Yes. The 260gsm polyester fabric is wrinkle-resistant, fire-retardant and machine-washable, so it's straightforward to clean and maintain between events.
What printing method is used? +
Graphics are printed using full-colour CMYK dye-sublimation, which produces vibrant, lasting colour on the tension fabric.
Can I get single or double-sided printing? +
Yes. Choose Single side graphic printed or Double side graphics printed under the printing option at checkout, depending on how the stand will be viewed.
Can I buy the frame without a fabric graphic? +
Yes. Select No fabric (frame only) if you want the aluminium frame without a printed graphic.
Can I order a replacement print without the frame? +
Yes. Select Replacement print only (no frame) to order just the fabric graphic for a frame you already own.
How long does the stand take to set up? +
Setup is fast and tool-free, using snap-lock tube connectors to assemble the aluminium frame before the fabric graphic zips into place.
How long do production and delivery take? +
Production takes 24 business hours after artwork approval. Domestic delivery takes 5 to 7 business days across the UAE. International shipping is available with customs-ready support. Pickup is not available, as all items are shipped.
Is professional installation available? +
Optional professional setup is available on request. Get in touch with our team to arrange installation for your event.
What's included when I order this display stand? +
You get the U-shaped aluminium frame, 2 aluminium support poles, a custom-printed stretch fabric graphic, a soft nylon carry bag and step-by-step assembly instructions. What ships depends on the printing option you choose.
What artwork file formats do you accept? +
We accept EPS, PNG, JPG, BMP, GIF, PSD, CDR, PDF, TIF, TIFF, PPT and AI files. Send them through WeTransfer, Dropbox, Google Drive, email, or the Upload Artwork button on this page.
Can I see a mockup before you print my graphic? +
Yes. We offer a free 2D mockup preview. Use the Request Free 2D Mockup Image button at the top of the page and send us your content or files, and we'll show you how it will look before production.
Do you offer design help if I don't have artwork ready? +
Yes. Our in-house creative team can build a professionally designed layout tailored to this product if you don't have a design ready.
